The 2021 NFL Draft was noted for its depth at offensive tackle and wide receiver. Both of those positions have lived up to the hype to this point in the NFL season. Without further ado, the cumulative regular season rookie rankings as we head into Week 5:Week 5 Rookie Rankings1 Cincinnati Bengals WR The game comes so naturally to Chase. He moves with ease through his routes and showed some veteran savvy by using his forearm to create a bit of separation while the ball was in the air.2 Cleveland Browns LB Owusu-Koramoah continues to make plays from sideline to sideline. Early in the game, Minnesota threw a wide receiver screen to the flat and Owusu-Koramoah went inside despite having inside help. The Vikings went outside and picked up the first down. talked to the linebacker after the play to explain he should have stayed outside. Later in the game, Owusu-Koramoah was faced with a similar situation and did not make the same mistake twice.3 Dallas Cowboys LB Parsons was neutralized more as an edge rusher this week and he looked lost in coverage. His versatility and athletic ability make him one of top defensive rookies but he is still learning each week.4 Baltimore Ravens LB Oweh has been a revelation to watch each week. Maybe it is the jerseys but it looks as though he has filled out his frame a bit. The Penn State product has developed a pa s rush plan and has shown to be capable of winning multiple ways.5 Philadelphia Eagles WR Smith was knocked for his lack of ideal size but it has not hurt him one bit. He has been a willing Elijah Moore Jersey blocker and fights through contact. The most entertaining aspect of his game comes at the route stem where Smith shows good footwork and an ability to create separation.6 Cleveland Browns CB Newsome mi sed Sunday’s game against Minnesota. He had a history of being injured at Northwestern. If those i sues persist, he will fall down this list. While impre sive when on the field, none of that matters if the player is spending more time on the injury report.7 Brandin Echols Jersey Kansas City Chiefs OG Smith has had a good season to date but Sunday’s performance against Philadelphia was dominant. He was going against succe sful veterans and neutralized them all afternoon. Many have felt as though Kansas City got a steal in the sixth round and that looks to be the case more and more each week.8 Kansas City Chiefs C Humphrey, combined with , has bolstered the interior offensive line for Kansas City. It is rather impre sive that the team was able to revamp the entire offensive line without using a first round pick on the unit.9 Los Angeles Chargers OT Las Vegas has been heralded for its pa s rush this season, but Slater kept and at bay, Freeman McNeil Jersey which allowed Los Angeles to gain control of the Monday night game relatively early. had a lot of time to distribute the ball against the .10 New England Patriots QB Jones has been incredibly efficient this season. Although he did not directly play against , it is clear that everyone was eager to see how the rookie would handle the pre sure of being Brady’s replacement. The game did not result in a win for New England but fans should have left feeling good about the team’s direction with Jones.11 Arizona Cardinals WR Moore remains one of the most dynamic players in the NFL. Arizona started lining him up in the backfield to add a wrinkle, in addition to his role as wide receiver and return man.12 Los Angeles Chargers CB Samuel does not play the game as a tentative rookie. He is aggre sive and confident. When the ball was in the air, he Lamarcus Joyner Jersey made plays, and if it was completed, he made the tackle rather than allowing additional yards after contact.13 Las Vegas Raiders CB Hobbs had been really good playing more of a field role through three weeks. Injuries pre sed him into action on the boundary. Hobbs has handled every challenge with grace as a rookie.14 New York Jets CB During the draft proce s, Carter was noted for his versatility at Duke. He has continued to show an ability to play the field or boundary. He is confident in what he sees on the field.15 Washington Football Team OT The final spot came down to running back , cornerback , defensive tackle and Cosmi.
