EAs NHL 15 holds cover vote brings in NB
Electronic Arts NHL 15 is not out until the fall, but the Malik Jefferson Jersey title made news on Monday when a host of features and improvements were announced, specifically designed for the latest generation of consoles, the Xbox One and Playstation 4.
At the top of the list is the overhaul of the games commentary system. Out are the long-time duo of Gary Thorne and Bill Clement, holdovers from the days of the NHL on ESPN, and in are NBC's lead broadcast team of Mike Doc Emrick and Ed Olczyk. TSNs Ray Ferraro will be the ice level reporter for the title.
Its a move that at least some fans of the series had been curious as to when it B.W. Webb Jersey would happen. Not only has the NHL not been on ESPN in eight years, but the commentary from the games had grown stale due to EAs reusing of the audio from older versions. This years incarnation is promising a better experience from the in-game broadcast team and it should be, if for no other reason than it will be two new people calling the action with freshly recorded Cincinnati Bengals Jersey dialogue.
EA also is having a vote for who will grace the cover of this years version. The first round features Phil Ke sel vs. P.K. Subban, Patrice Bergeron vs. Erik Karl son, Logan Couture vs. Drew Doughty and Matt Duchene vs. T.J. Oshie. The voting for the first round runs from May 5 through May 18, the second round (semifinals) goes from May 19 through May 25 with the finals running from May 26 through June 1. The announcement of the winner will be made at the NHLs awards ceremony on June 24.
Other features promised for this version is John Ross Jersey improvement in collision and puck physics, improved player and equipment models and a greater number of fan models in the stands to provide better atmosphere.
